I am a massage therapist because I find it incredibly fulfilling, to know I helped someone feel better. I first discovered my calling when I was 7 years old. When my grandfather would come for a visit, he would always ask me to rub his head as he lay back in the recliner in our living room. He would fall asleep every time! I was hooked! As I grew older, I was always the one at gatherings with family and friends to go around and massage everybody's shoulders. After that, it took me some time to realize I wanted to do massage for a living, so I became a senior caregiver for a while. Then in early 2017, I finally decided to go to the International School of Skin, Nailcare, and Massage Therapy(ISSNMT) here in Atlanta and earn my license later that same year. It was the best decision I have ever made! I finally get excited to get up and go to work every day! I absolutely LOVE what I do!!!
